If you would like to register to make a public comment verbally during the online Public Hearing, please sign up below. To qualify to speak you must be visible on camera and identify yourself with your name and address. If you would like to submit a written public comment, you may do so in the written comment section below. Registration to speak during the Public Hearing will be accepted until 5:00 pm on Tuesday November 17, 2020. Written comment must be submitted by 5:00 pm on Monday, November 16, 2020. Written public comment will be documented as public comment. The City Clerk will read your name and address into the record during the public comment period. The full comment will be sent to the Hearing Examiner and included in the Hearing Examiner recording.
