Career Experience

Kevin Hushagen is the City of Stanwood’s Public Works Director. Kevin has been with the City since 1985 where he started in the Parks and Streets Department. Over the years Kevin has gained a wealth of knowledge of Public Works by working in all of the Public Works departments:

• Drainage
• Parks
• Streets
• Wastewater
• Water

Licenses Earned

Kevin has earned his Water Distribution Manager III license, Water Treatment Plant Operator II license, and Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Group IV license.

About Kevin

Kevin is a lifelong resident of Stanwood. He and his wife Karen raised their 3 children, Krystle, Kyle, and Kurtis here and they are the proud grandparents of Kellen and Kinslee.

Kevin enjoys hunting, fishing, sports, camping, and spending time with his family.
