City Hall is temporarily operating remotely during construction.

All city business is fully available either online or by phone. Please refer to the instructions for specific services:

  • Utility payments can be placed in the drop box at City Hall, or by phone, or online using the city’s XpressBillPay service. If you have any questions regarding utilities, please call (360) 629-9617.

  • Dog license applications may be mailed or dropped in the City Hall Night Drop Box, payment may be by check or by phone, please call (360) 629-9617 for assistance.

  • Traffic Infraction payments may be mailed or dropped in the City Hall Night Drop Box, payment may be by check or by phone, please call (360) 629-9617 for assistance.

  • Pet license applications, Senior/Disabled Low Income Discount applications are available by following the links from this page.
